Job Title: Factory Supervisor – Aluminum & Facade
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor – Aluminum & Facade to manage and supervise factory production activities related to aluminum fabrication and facade systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes, manpower supervision, production planning, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory production and fabrication activities.
- Manage workers involved in cutting, assembly, glazing, and fabrication.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor fabrication quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery, tools, and materials.
- Maintain factory safety standards and discipline.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure all works are completed efficiently and on time.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aluminum and facade factory operations.
- Experience in curtain wall, doors, windows, glazing, and cladding systems.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and machinery.
- Ability to read fabrication/shop drawings.
- Good leadership and manpower handling skills.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or relevant qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and coordination.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
