Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations for aluminium and glazing fabrication works
- Manage production activities including cutting, assembling, machining, glazing, and finishing processes
- Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved shop drawings and technical specifications
- Allocate work to fabrication teams and monitor productivity and efficiency
- Maintain quality control standards across all production stages
- Coordinate with production engineers, project teams, and warehouse for material flow
- Ensure proper usage of machinery, tools, and equipment in the factory
- Monitor fabrication schedules and ensure timely delivery of project requirements
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and factory regulations
- Maintain daily production reports and workforce attendance records
Requirements
- Minimum 3 7 years of experience in aluminium and glazing fabrication / factory supervision
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminium profiles, glazing works, and fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details
- Experience managing factory teams and production workflows
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of quality control procedures in fabrication environments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor – Aluminium & Glazing to oversee day to day operations in our fabrication facility in Al Quoz.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in aluminium and glazing fabrication, production supervision, and workforce management to ensure high quality output and timely project delivery.
