About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Stage Operations Coordinator in Riyadh to support stage-related activities for events. You will coordinate technical aspects, liaise with production teams, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
- Compile studio operation documentation including client packs, directions to site, supplier contacts, site map layouts, and supplier lists.
- Coordinate with departments to manage production schedules and facility bookings.
- Assist with planning and execution of production logistics, including set up and strike processes.
- Address operational challenges alongside Senior Studio Operations Director ensuring compliance with studio protocols.
- Manage studio backlot space for incoming productions.
- Work with Facility Management to maintain accurate records of studio usage and operational expenses.
- Support Senior Director in implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Work with Health and Safety Manager to ensure clear inductions for incoming productions.
- Foster a collaborative environment for studio personnel and production crews.
- Assist with financial tracking of operational expenditure related to the Film Studio site.
- Act as a trouble shooter and key communicator between production operations and Film Studios Ops team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Theater Production, Technical Theater, or related field
- 2+ years experience in stage operations, event production, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of stage equipment, audio visual technology, and safety protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
