Oversee daily maintenance, safety, and operational reliability across retail shops, warehouses, and central facilities.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and rapid breakdown responses to support uninterrupted business operations.
Location and Work Setting
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person and may require daily travel across multiple sites in Dubai or the UAE.
Maintenance and Repairs
- Perform routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance across branches, warehouses, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, MEP, and general building fixtures.
- Respond rapidly to breakdowns, urgent facility issues, and operational emergencies.
Contractors and Documentation
- Supervise third-party providers, specialized technicians, and external contractors.
- Ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
- Maintain service logs, maintenance checklists, equipment history, and spare-parts and tool inventory records.
Safety and Compliance
- Conduct site audits to identify safety hazards, equipment risks, and non-compliance with company or municipal safety standards.
Key Requirements
- Technical diploma or vocational qualification in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or a related engineering discipline.
- Two to five years of hands-on facilities, retail, warehouse, or commercial building maintenance experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical distribution, and general facility repairs.
- A valid UAE driving license is stated as mandatory, with daily mobility across multiple site locations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently under pressure.
Pay
- The source lists pay of AED 1.00 to AED 2.00 per month.
