Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operation and maintenance of company facilities
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work
- Oversee renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and control costs
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are well maintained
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and facility performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Facilities Management, HVAC Systems, MEP, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Health & Safety Standards
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our properties and facilities.
- The successful candidate will ensure all buildings, equipment, and services are maintained efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience managing commercial, residential, or mixed use facilities.
- Experience working with contractors and service providers.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
