Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Auto Denter role based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Auto Denter will perform denting and body repair work on vehicles, including assessing damage, repairing panels, and restoring vehicle bodies to manufacturer standards.
- Daily tasks include using appropriate tools and equipment, performing welding and panel beating, aligning body parts, and preparing surfaces for painting.
- The role involves following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and coordinating with painters, mechanics, and supervisors to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
- The Auto Denter will also document work performed, support quality control checks, and contribute to continuous improvement of workshop processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in vehicle denting and panel beating, including repair, replacement, and alignment of body parts.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive body structures, repair techniques, and preparation of surfaces for painting.
- Attention to detail, quality focused workmanship, and ability to follow technical instructions and repair manuals.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and ability to maintain a safe, organized workshop environment.
- Previous experience as an Auto Denter or in automotive body repair, preferably within a dealership or professional workshop.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Willingness to work full time on site in Doha, Qatar; local experience or GCC experience is an advantage.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive body repair is preferred.
