Requirements
- Strong skills in Facilities Engineering to design, review, and optimize facility systems and support infrastructure
- Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental standards relevant to industrial and oil field facilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management within industrial, oil and gas, or similar environments
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Strong problem solving, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with CMMS or other maintenance and asset management software is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus

Role Description
- This is a part time, on site Facilities Engineering Manager role based in Dubai with ROYAL EAGLE OIL FIELD EQUIPMENT AND TRADING.
- The Facilities Engineering Manager will oversee the technical performance, reliability, and safety of company facilities, with a focus on oil field equipment operations and support infrastructure.
