- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are an advantage
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Enterprise Architecture Manager at ROYAL EAGLE OIL FIELD EQUPMENT AND TRADING will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise architecture landscape.
- This part time, on site role based in Dubai will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align IT capabilities with strategic and operational goals.
- Day to day responsibilities include assessing current systems and processes, defining target architectures, and creating roadmaps for technology and business transformation.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Information Technology domains, including infrastructure, applications, data, and integration, and how they interrelate in an enterprise environment.
- Experience implementing architecture frameworks and standards (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and using related tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders, and influence decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are an advantage.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial, especially in environments involving field equipment, trading, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively in a part time on site role in Dubai.
