- Collaborate with cross functional teams, vendors, and leadership to evaluate tools and platforms
- Manage pilot projects and support change management activities
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare progress reports, and recommend continuous improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation
- Proficient Analytical Skills
- Consulting experience or consulting mindset
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and user centered approaches
- Background in technology enabled change within industrial, energy, or related sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Ability to manage part time workload effectively and operate in a hybrid work environment in Abu Dhabi
