Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities
- Manage FM service providers for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, cleaning, and other facility services
- Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Track and monitor PPM schedules, work orders, and service requests through CAFM/CMMS systems
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure smooth facility operations
- Support procurement activities including PRs, POs, vendor quotations, and invoice verification
- Support workplace safety initiatives, emergency preparedness activities, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Prepare periodic reports on maintenance performance, vendor activities, and facility operations
Requirements
- 5 6 years of experience in Facilities Management in Residential/Commercial Buildings
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems
