About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collect defected products, take pictures, fill quality complaint form, and send to Saudi team
- Compile daily invoiced orders versus ordered quantity and update template to calculate CFR
- Scan daily revenue generated invoices for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain locations
- Validate and track invoices, update received/stamp invoices in Excel tracker, share with sales team
- Reconcile daily cash collection actual vs system summary and share data with IBM teams
- Enter return order details in SAP by Customer by Item and quantity with appropriate approval
- Keep updated file for Customer aging and get resolution comments from KAMs and Supervisors for over dues
- Trigger CCPF (Customer Position Form) with comments and send for approval through workflow to release hold orders
- Follow up with respective approvers to release each CCPF
- Communicate CCPF status to respective KAMs, Supervisors and admins for further actions
- Support team in EHS campaign and survey
- Distribute and collect signed scorecard reports

- Admin work experience
- Computer literacy, Microsoft tools experience, especially Excel
- High commitment
- Teamwork being assigned to work with different functions

Job Purpose
- Support the location functions on daily tasks.
Principal Accountabilities
- Supply Chain function support: Quality complaints Collect defected products, take pictures, fill quality complaint form, send to Saudi team.
- Report CFR: Compile daily invoiced orders versus ordered quantity and update template to calculate CFR.
- Finance function support: Invoices scanning Daily revenue generated invoices to be scanned through scan machine for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain locations.
- Invoices tracking Validate invoices, update received/stamp invoices in Excel tracker, share with sales team.
- Daily cash reconciliation Reconcile cash collection actual vs system summary, share with IBM teams.
- Sales function support: Valid Returns & Bad Returns Enter return order details in SAP by Customer by Item and quantity with approval.
- CCPF Trigger & Follow up: Keep updated file for Customer aging, get resolution comments from KAMs and Supervisors.
- Trigger CCPF with comments and send for approval through workflow to release hold orders.
- Follow up with approvers to release each CCPF.
- Communicate CCPF status to KAMs, Supervisors and admins.
- EHS function support: Support team in EHS campaign and survey.
