Reporting to the Campus Facilities Planning Manager, the Facilities Asset Analyst is responsible for assisting with the oversight, lifecycle management, and optimization of the university’s physical assets (including buildings, building systems, equipment, and infrastructure).
This role ensures that asset information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with institutional priorities related to maintenance, capital planning, risk management, and long term sustainability.
The Facilities Asset Analyst collaborates with Operations and Maintenance, Space Planning, Capital Projects, Finance, IT, and external partners to support evidence based decision making and stewardship of university resources.
The Facilities Asset Analyst supports the assistant director in the analysis of possibilities and the preparation of feasibility studies to be able to meet the infrastructure needs of the campus.
