Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics for the Dubai residential compound, including accommodation arrangements, catering services, and facility maintenance
- Organize and coordinate internal meetings, conferences, and related logistical support (venue setup, equipment, materials)
- Manage the scheduling, maintenance, and usage of company vehicles to ensure efficient transport services
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and local service providers (landlords, catering companies, transport vendors)
- Monitor service quality and respond promptly to residents' requests and feedback to ensure high satisfaction
- Assist in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the department manager
Requirements
- College diploma or above; major in Administration or related fields preferred
- Mandarin or Chinese speaking language highly preferred; proficient in written and spoken English
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; prior overseas work experience highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new environments
- Outgoing, optimistic personality with strong sense of service
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment

About the Role
- Our client within Oil and Gas is currently seeking a proactive and detail oriented Facilities and Admin Coordinator to manage the daily operational support for their Dubai residential compound.
- The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth living and working environment for staff by overseeing accommodation, catering, meetings, and transportation logistics.
Key Responsibilities
