Facade Forensics Project Engineer

The Role

Responsibilities

• Assist lead expert s for new façade litigation assignments.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate technical project teams for façade investigations, including structural failure, material failure, water intrusion, etc.
• C ontribute to business development activities in the fields of litigation and insurance.
• Assist with managing, training, and mentoring junior staff who are assisting with forensic tasks .
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to project sites.

Requirements

• Accredited degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Professional registration/licensure is preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience providing façade consulting services for large building projects (such as high-rises, airports, museums, government facilities, etc.) Experience should be demonstrated in both the design phase and construction phase .
• Experience of site inspections and investigations would be a plus . Along with knowledge of field investigation methods and data collection.
