Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D BIM models for projects of varying sizes and technical complexities.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from 3D BIM models.
- Annotate, dimension, and detail production drawings to company standards.
- Manage drawing sheet sets, revisions, markups, and plotting outputs.
- Assist with BIM workflow, model geo-location, multidisciplinary coordination, and model exchanges.
- Create 3D views and renderings for project or marketing use.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and consultants on BIM content, quality control, and delivery.
