Engineering and Design
- Review shop drawings, fabrication details, profile extrusions, and structural load calculations for curtain walls, skylights, and ACP cladding.
QA/QC and Fabrication
- Oversee factory cutting and assembly tolerances and monitor anodizing and powder-coating quality.
- Coordinate mock-up performance tests covering water, air, and structural performance.
Site Execution
- Supervise installation teams and resolve interface and waterproofing issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and ASTM, BS, and EN international codes.
Coordination
- Manage material estimations, project timelines, and technical approvals with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or architectural engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience in structural glazing, stick or unitized curtain wall systems, and aluminum fabrication.
Software
- AutoCAD is required.
- Revit, STAAD.Pro, and Orgadata LogiKal experience is specified.
