Manage full-cycle accounting operations for the organization.
Support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and finance process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Execute timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and assist with treasury functions.
- Assist with annual budgets, variance analysis, and actual-versus-forecast tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, corporate policies, and IFRS guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing schedules, documentation, and clarifications.
- Optimize financial processes and leverage ERP systems to improve data integrity and department efficiency.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of local financial regulations, corporate policies, and IFRS guidelines.
- Ability to manage full-cycle accounting activities, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
- Ability to support budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
