Responsibilities
- Lead facade engineering design and documentation for projects
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, and debtor collection
- Develop and implement regional business plans
- Mentor and train staff, conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with quality management system
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in a facade role
- Experience in curtain wall and cladding systems design
- Ability to lead and manage a team of up to 5 direct reports

Job Description
- Inhabit is a multi disciplinary team of architects, designers, engineers and detailers focused on design led engineering for facades.
List of Responsibilities
- Strategic Management: contribute to regional planning and business strategy.
- Financial Management: assist in budget development, monitor invoicing and debtor collection.
- Marketing and Business Development: participate in marketing, prepare proposals, network.
- Staff Management: mentor, train, and manage team performance.
- Client Management: strengthen client loyalty and ensure high quality service.
- Project Management: lead projects, allocate resources, manage risks.
- Consultancy Function: prepare tenders, design curtain wall and cladding systems.
- Technical Excellence: ensure quality, peer review, and BIM capability development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a facade role.
Additional Information
- Travel to various work locations throughout Middle East may be required.
- Use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment.
- Participate in compliance training and EHS activities.
