About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage facade design and engineering projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Assist in developing regional business plans and strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor financial aspects of projects including invoicing, debtor collection, and budget adherence
- Participate in marketing and business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to team members
- Manage client relationships and ensure high quality service delivery
- Oversee project management including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management
- Prepare and coordinate expressions of interest, tender submissions, and consulting proposals
- Conduct design and engineering of curtain wall, cladding, and specialty systems
- Review and comment on sub contractor shop drawings, calculations, and material submissions
- Ensure compliance with quality management system and health and safety requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a facade role
- Proven experience in strategic management, financial management, and business development
- Strong technical expertise in curtain wall and cladding systems, structural glass, cables, ETFE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of up to 5 direct reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering is preferable.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a facade role.
Additional Information
- Correctly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment.
- Take reasonable care for health and safety of self and others.
- Participate in compliance training and EHS activities.
- Abide by the Code of Conduct.
- Travel to various work locations throughout Middle East may be required.
