Overview
- Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart is hiring experienced Service Attendants.
- Premier Inn is a British hotel chain with over 750 hotels, operating in UAE under a partnership between Emirates Group and Whitbread PLC.
Your day to day work
- Welcome, interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner.
- Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and upselling all products.
- Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
- Clear and clean tables as soon as guests have finished meals.
- Maintain stock, accurately handle point of sale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet.
- Ensure company Health and Safety policies are followed and train new team members.
What are we looking for?
- Ideally background from hotel/F&B industry with minimum 1 year as Service Attendant in 3 star or above hotel.
- Fluent English is a must; other languages an advantage.
- Skills: Customer focus, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, Ownership, Planning and organizing, Analytical thinking, Good communication.
