Responsibilities
- Sorting, counting, recording, and checking in and out of all linen
- Washing, drying, pressing, folding, and removing stains from clothing and other textile items
- Performing minor sewing duties and reporting any maintenance issues
- Cleaning and maintaining storage, corridors, and public areas
- Stocking linen trolleys, cupboards, and guest service items
- Providing guests with requested service and handling any special requests
- Assisting in the moving of furniture, beds, and cots
- Following safety procedures and attending meetings and training courses
- Report any maintenance or repair issues
- Report any lost items from the guest rooms
- Ensure linen is in good condition and placed as per brand standards
- Accountable for the best appearance of the trolley and pantry area, ensuring to keep them clean and tidy at all times
Requirements
- Ideally 1+ years of experience within Hotel Industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer service orientation
- Can work independently and within a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Verbal and Written)
- Hygiene and safety knowledge
