Support food and beverage operations while helping create memorable guest experiences.
Provide hands-on service support through table setup, kitchen assistance, cleaning, and supply replenishment.
Core Responsibilities
- Set tables and assist the kitchen.
- Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
- Provide guest service support that helps food and beverage transactions run smoothly.
- Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- No related work experience is required.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license certification is required.
