Position Summary
- Our Guest Service Support Experts take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
- Tasks include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.
Responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
- Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has napkin, clean silverware, and standard items.
- Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle free.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean as you go procedures.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Requirements
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Move on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Recommended Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related work experience: None required; previous restaurant experience recommended.
- Supervisory experience: None required.
- License or certification: None.
