About the Role

- Oversee daily operations across outlets, restaurants, and banquet functions, coordinating with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Hotel Management, hospitality, or related field
- 2–4 years’ related experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Must speak local language
- Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies

Food & Beverage Supervisor
- As our new Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll help ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.
A little taste of your day to day
- Supervising and supporting a team of food and beverage colleagues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assisting in delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Monitoring food and beverage quality and service standards in line with company policies and responsible business practices.
- Supporting stock control, cost management, and basic reporting to help meet financial targets.
- Overseeing daily operations across outlets, restaurants, and banquet functions, while coordinating with supervisors and team members.
What We Need From You
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Hotel Management, hospitality, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ related experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Must speak local language.
- Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
