Position Overview
Provide banquet food and beverage service designed to create memorable and unique guest experiences.
The role is full time, non-management, and located at the Westin on Salwa Road in Doha.
Responsibilities
- Set banquet tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and serve food and beverages.
- Clean work areas and supplies while helping transactions become part of the guest experience.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested for guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- The role requires extended standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and movement across uneven or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires handling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
