Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences through beverage service and broader hospitality.
Act as a host of the bar space while anticipating and responding to guest needs.
Use beverage knowledge and expertise to keep the bar operating and presented to a high standard.
Build relationships across the hotel and community to support guest needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Follow beverage trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest preferences.
- Maintain careful standards for money handling, guest information, and drink quality.
- Follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
