The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking an energetic, service-focused Food & Beverage Runner.
The role connects Culinary and service teams by ensuring orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and to the Club's presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately and verify their presentation and completeness before delivery.
- Coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and service teams to maintain efficient service flow.
- Support Waiters and Waitresses with table preparation, clearing, resetting, and other service requirements.
- Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and table numbers for accurate service delivery.
- Respond quickly to service priorities, maintain clean and organized work areas, and follow all safety and Club procedures.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Relevant Hospitality or Food & Beverage training is preferred.
- One to two years of Food & Beverage or restaurant service experience is required.
- Private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, accuracy, and presentation skills are expected.
- The role requires an energetic, agile, professional, discreet, positive, and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
