F&B Runner

Purpose and Scope of Position:

At Topgolf, F&B Runners support best-in-class service with hospitality for Guests. They are responsible for delivering hot, freshly prepared food to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency. Food Runners are also responsible for making Guests feel welcome, engaging with them, working with their team mates to ensure Guests are cared for and generally helping make Guest’s visits to Topgolf memorable.

Main Duties :

(Job Related Duties)

To ensure bays are clean and ready for Guests.

To greet every Guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner.

To engage with Guests and ensure they are well cared for at all times.

To maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times, adhering to company dress standards (including name badge) and high standards of personal hygiene.

To project positivity and have fun.

To attend daily pre shift and department meetings.

To show flexibility by assisting the Bay Hosts in caring for Guests in whatever way is needed

To ensure food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh and appetizing

To keep common areas clean, organized and well stocked.

Ensure Guest safety while they play the game

To Protect Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service

To ensure health & safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents or injury in the venue.

To adhere to service standards - timeliness, quality, accuracy, sanitation, etc.

To greet every guest encountered in a friendly and approachable manner.

To be aware and demonstrate Topgolf Mission, Vision and Core Values. Will be responsible to apply the 4 Service Targets throughout serving internal and external customers.
