- Act as primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment leadership, preferably within hospitality, events or F&B businesses
- Strong commercial mindset with experience building scalable recruitment operations and employer brand programs
- Demonstrable success leading and developing recruitment teams
- Confidence using recruitment technology and analytics (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools and basic reporting)
- Deep knowledge of volume recruitment, contingent workforce management and temporary staffing models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, with ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver to tight timelines
- Committed to inclusive hiring and creating a positive candidate experience
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support key events and activations

- Ensure accurate reporting and analytics on recruitment activity, effectiveness, Saudization, and talent pipeline health.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment operations.
Requirements
