- Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, lounges, catering, and room service

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff

- Develop innovative menus and promotions in collaboration with culinary teams
Requirements
- Experience in managing food and beverage operations in luxury hospitality
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis

Job Summary
- The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and leading a high performing team.
- The role ensures operational excellence across restaurants, lounges, catering, room service, and other F&B outlets while maintaining compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets; ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service; monitor guest satisfaction; develop SOPs; coordinate with kitchen, service, procurement, and other departments.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage annual F&B budgets; monitor revenue, profitability, and operating costs; analyze sales performance; control labor, food, beverage costs, and wastage; prepare financial reports.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff; establish performance goals; foster a culture of teamwork and guest centric service; ensure adequate staffing.
- Guest Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service standards; handle guest concerns; implement initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations; conduct quality audits; maintain health and safety standards.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory levels and ordering; establish supplier relationships; monitor stock control; ensure proper storage and handling.
- Strategic Planning: Develop innovative menus and promotions; identify market trends; support new outlet openings and business growth initiatives.
