- Lead and supervise the F&B service team to maintain impeccable standards
- Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- Ensure all dining areas are prepared, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Assist in training new staff members and support continuous team development
- Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure timely service and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service related issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control processes
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 5 years experience in a similar F&B Captain role within a 5 star luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- In depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Hospitality or related certification is preferred
- Must be currently in UAE
