Role Overview

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth by winning new business, developing client relationships, and ensuring commercial commitments align with operational delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities across restaurants, hotel groups, catering companies, venues, and events firms.
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new staffing contracts.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads.
  • Develop new partnerships and expand Shine's network across the F&B and hospitality market.
  • Represent Shine at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Understand client requirements and project details before commitments.
  • Ensure commercial commitments align with operational capabilities.
  • Manage client relationships, driving retention, repeat business, and renewals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand upcoming staffing requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing accounts.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the F&B sector.
  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Ability to work closely with Operations.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Confident engaging with senior decision makers.
