Job Overview

  • The Business Development Account Executive supports the BD team across the commercial cycle, assisting with client engagement, opportunity tracking, proposal preparation, and business development activities.
  • The role provides hands on exposure to client facing work while supporting the BD Director and BD Manager in driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the BD Director and BD Manager in managing client relationships and meetings.
  • Participate in client pitches, presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Assist in preparing RFP responses, proposals, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with Operations to gather information required for commercial offers.
  • Track opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline records.
  • Update and maintain CRM records, client information, and follow up activities.
  • Research prospective clients and prepare background information ahead of meetings.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
  • Support lead generation and business development activities.
  • Represent Shine alongside the BD team at networking events and industry exhibitions.
