- Track opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline records
- Update and maintain CRM records, client information, and follow up activities
- Research prospective clients and prepare background information ahead of meetings
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
- Support lead generation and business development activities
- Represent Shine alongside the BD team at networking events and industry exhibitions

Job Overview
