The F&B Attendant supports outlet operations and helps deliver food and beverage service to hotel guests.
Daily Responsibilities
- Follow departmental operating standards and take a hands-on role in outlet operations.
- Maintain par stocks and FIFO procedures for equipment and supplies.
- Assist with requisitioning, storage, and careful use of operating equipment and supplies.
- Attend preparation, service, menu, and operational briefings.
- Coordinate with supporting departments on daily operations, cleaning schedules, maintenance, and quality.
- Build positive guest relationships and provide courteous, professional service.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards, emphasizing speed and accuracy.
- Clean, maintain, and restock assigned equipment, tools, fixtures, and service stations.
- Report guest complaints, unusual incidents, lost and found items, breakage, and losses.
- Assist with daily and monthly operating-equipment inventories.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.
What We Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience serving beverages in a fine-dining establishment may be preferred.
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
- Friendly, attentive attitude and excellent English communication.
- Knowledge of beverages and food, with a passion for high-quality customer service.
- Willingness to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Work Environment
- The role is based in a hotel food and beverage outlet and requires in-person guest service and physical outlet operations.
