Role overview
F&B Assistant role with a permanent contract of employment requiring at least 16 hours per week.
The role focuses on delivering welcoming and efficient food and beverage service in a hotel environment.
Guest and service responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests to create a positive dining experience.
- Take and serve orders accurately while meeting quality and presentation standards.
- Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Handle guest questions and complaints professionally.
- Promote restaurant services and specials.
Team and operational duties
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food and beverage delivery.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Support colleagues and collaborate to achieve team goals.
Preferred qualification
- At least one year of related customer service experience is preferred.
