Role Overview
F&B Assistant position at a hotel hospitality operation.
The role focuses on welcoming guests and delivering a positive dining experience.
Contract and Hours
- Fixed-term contract lasting approximately 2 to 2.5 months, from November to early January.
- Minimum schedule of 8 hours per week.
Guest and Service Duties
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly approach.
- Take and serve orders accurately while meeting quality and presentation standards.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Promote restaurant services and specials.
Operations and Teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Support team members and collaborate toward common goals.
