Role Overview
F&B Assistant role with a fixed-term contract lasting approximately 2 to 2.5 months.
The role runs from November to early January to cover Christmas and New Year operations.
The position requires a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Guest Service
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take and serve orders accurately while meeting quality and presentation standards.
- Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote restaurant services and specials to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
