Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run client innovation experiences.
- Understand session objectives and ensure the design meets those objectives.
- Participating in design strategy for concurrent client sessions.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and manage energy, flow, and inspiration throughout the session.
- Leverage strong listening skills to navigate challenging or political discussions.
- Share accountability and collaborate with all team members contributing to client experiences.
- Act as liaison between the Experience Leader/Manager and the wider experience team.
- Coordinate logistics, resources, technology, materials, and overall session readiness.
- Train and mentor the next generation of facilitators across the wave space network.
