About the Role
EY-Parthenon seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for its Real Estate practice in Saudi Arabia. You will lead strategy projects for sovereign wealth funds and developers, covering feasibility, valuation, and market entry.

Responsibilities
- Lead work streams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables
- Work with Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients to develop and execute strategic agendas
- Deliver strategy projects including long term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept ideation, highest and best use analysis, destination strategy, tourism product development, growth/market entry & expansion strategy, valuation, transactions, due diligence, business transformation and greenfield projects
- Develop vision, concepts, and business plans for large developments in the region
- Advise clients throughout the real estate lifecycle, including feasibilities, transactions, operator search and selection
- Work with management on parts of the acquisition process and regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities
- Coach and counsel junior team members, ensure quality deliverables and maintain healthy client engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top ranking school with outstanding academic performance
- At least 7 to 8 years of experience in strategy related work preferably in Real Estate Consulting, Private Equity, or Real Estate Development
- Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with focus on strategy development, acquisition, due diligence, real estate valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance, or market research
- High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on valuation and finance
- Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region
- CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification preferred

The Opportunity
- EY‑Parthenon combines deep sector expertise with strong analytical capabilities and close client relationships.
- Our real estate practice supports sovereign wealth funds and leading developers in the region with their evolving business strategy throughout the real estate lifecycle.
- We are looking for real estate professionals with relevant experience (e.g. corporate finance, strategy, development, architecture, urban planning) to join our team.
- You should ideally have experience across one or more aspects of the real estate development lifecycle and possess deep expertise in one or more segments, including residential, retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate.
Your Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
- You will work closely with Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients to develop and execute their strategic agendas.
- You can expect to spend most of your time working on strategy related projects throughout the real estate lifecycle which include (but not limited to): long term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept ideation/development, highest and best use analysis, destination strategy, tourism product
Skills And Attributes
- As Manager/Senior Manager you will help deliver a variety of engagements which includes developing the vision, concepts, and business plans for some of the large developments in the region.

Education & Qualifications
