- Support Real Estate, Hospitality, and Tourism clients in shaping and delivering strategic priorities
- Work across the real estate lifecycle on projects including strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept development, destination and tourism strategies, growth and market entry, valuations, transactions, and greenfield developments
- Contribute to major regional developments, support acquisitions and operator selection
- Deliver high quality analysis and insights
- Mentor junior team members
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top ranking school with outstanding academic performance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy related work, preferably real estate consulting, real estate advisory, or real estate development
- Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, or tourism with focus on strategy, acquisition, due diligence, valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance, and/or market research
- High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on valuation and finance
- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work in fast paced environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region

The Opportunity

- Our real estate practice supports sovereign wealth funds and leading developers in the region with their evolving business strategy throughout the real estate lifecycle.
- We are looking for real estate professionals with relevant experience (e.g. corporate finance, strategy, development, architecture, urban planning) to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- As a Consultant in the Strategy Consulting practice, you will support Real Estate, Hospitality, and Tourism clients in shaping and delivering their strategic priorities.
- You will work across the real estate lifecycle on projects including strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept development, destination and tourism strategies, growth and market entry, valuations, transactions, and greenfield developments.
- The role involves contributing to major regional developments, supporting acquisitions and operator selection, delivering high‑quality analysis and insights, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills And Attributes
- A bachelor's degree from a top ranking school with outstanding academic performance. MBA from top business school will be a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy related work preferably real estate consulting, Real Estate advisory firms, or Real Estate development.
- CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification will be preferred.
- Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with focus on strategy development, acquisition, due diligence, real estate valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance, and/or market research.
- High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on valuation and finance.
- Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work fast paced environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region, when necessary.
