Responsibilities

  • Ensure export transactions comply with Saudi and international export-control laws.
  • Prepare and maintain export licenses, authorizations, and permits.
  • Classify items and technologies using ECCN and HS codes.
  • Review invoices, shipping documents, and end-use statements.
  • Maintain export-control records and documentation.
  • Report and investigate suspected breaches.
  • Conduct due diligence and restricted-party screening.
  • Support internal export-control policies and audits.
  • Advise on classification to prevent unauthorized exports.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliant processes and systems.
  • Liaise with customs and licensing authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Law.
  • Four to seven years of customs and trade-compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, ZATCA, FASAH, and international control regimes.
  • Expertise in import/export compliance, customs clearance, HS classification, and duty planning.
  • Experience with sanctions screening and Saudi platforms including FASAH, ZATCA, and SASO/SABER.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP trade or customs modules, and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in regulatory audits, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination abilities.
