Design and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms.
Enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, operate, and monitor enterprise applications and digital services efficiently.
Platform engineering
- Design and implement scalable platform architecture and engineering solutions.
- Define platform engineering standards, patterns, and technical practices.
- Develop and enhance infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.
- Design and optimize CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
Platform technologies
- Drive containerization, orchestration, cloud, and platform automation practices.
- Ensure platform security, resilience, availability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity.
Technical leadership
- Lead technical resolution of complex platform and infrastructure issues.
- Evaluate platform technologies and recommend improvements and modernization opportunities.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, SRE, and application engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience, as stated in the source posting.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable platform architecture and engineering solutions.
- Experience developing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.
- Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
