Responsibilities
- Generate new facility management business and secure annual maintenance contracts
- Prepare commercial proposals and maintain long term client relationships across Dubai and the UAE
- Conduct site visits and coordinate technical inspections
Requirements
- 3 5 years of B2B sales experience in facility management, annual maintenance contract, MEP, cleaning, or related services
- At least 3 years of UAE market experience
- Proven experience selling annual maintenance, renovations, fit outs, interior design and recurring service agreements
- Established network among property managers, owners’ associations, real estate companies, developers, hotels, offices, retail businesses, and commercial property owners
- Working knowledge of hard and soft facility management services
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience conducting site visits and coordinating technical inspections
- Sales pipeline, quotation, and tender management experience
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Strong English communication and ability to meet monthly quotas/targets

Overview
