About the Role
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to handle calls, correspondence, data entry, and support operations in residential property maintenance. Requires 1 year of administrative assistant experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and confidential documents
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and saving of documents
- Liaise with sales and operations manager to ensure operations smoothness
- Create, maintain, and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Manage and work with a team of Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders
- Coordinate with subsidiaries on signing and collecting documents
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business related materials
- Maintain efficient documentation and filing system
- Provide general and ad hoc office administrative support & cleanliness
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to procure materials
Requirements
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience (Required)
- Maintenance experience as an admin is preferred

- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned also add on
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to procure materials.
Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
