Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and confidential documents
  • Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and saving of documents
  • Liaise with sales and operations manager to ensure operations smoothness
  • Create, maintain, and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage and work with a team of Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders
  • To coordinate with subsidiaries on the signing of documents, collecting and sending supporting documents
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business related materials. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondence, and phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain efficient documentation and filing system
  • Provide general and ad hoc office administrative support & cleanliness.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned also add on
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to procure materials.

Pay

  • AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
