Responsibilities
- Review and validate product non conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements
- Perform analysis to identify and evaluate quality of products, operations and processes to QMS requirements
- Apply knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis
- Train and mentor fellow employees in the Quality Management System
- Perform root cause analysis on nonconformances and develop corrective/preventive actions
- Obtain corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes
- Review and validate corrective action plans and ensure completion
- Guide validation of configuration management, quality procedures and material review policies
- Develop software system processes to support changing industry standards
- Review and implement corrective action on audit results
- Interpret industry standards and provide recommendations for implementation
- Create analytical reports and coordinate with responsible parties for distribution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft operations, aircraft maintenance, or training related to aircraft operations and/or maintenance
- 5+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft operations, aircraft maintenance, or training related to aircraft operations and/or maintenance.
- 5+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years AH 64 maintenance experience.
- 5+ years military experience as a rotor wing aircraft maintainer.
- Experience on military rotorcraft platforms (MH 6, CH 47, UH 60, or AH 64).
- Previous Quality Assurance (QA) or Technical Inspector (TI) experience.
