- Optimize underlying cloud resources to meet vendor and contract specified performance benchmarks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- 3+ years of experience with Public Cloud Platforms
- 1+ years of experience with DevOps
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Job Description
- Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring an Advanced Information Technologist – Mid Level Cloud Engineer for a Proprietary Program in Saint Louis, MO.
- The engineer will work with DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Product Security Engineering, Cyber and Information Technology teams.
Position Responsibilities
- Deployment & Integration: Orchestrate the installation and configuration of complex COTS packages on a cloud platform
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain Terraform, ARM, and Bicep scripts to provision compute, storage, and networking requirements
- Vendor & License Management: Collaborate with ISVs to validate architecture, manage software licenses, and ensure license compliance
- Environment Standardization: Maintain consistency across dev, test, and production environments
- Performance Tuning: Optimize underlying cloud resources to meet performance benchmarks
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years related work experience or equivalent combination
- 3+ years of experience with Public Cloud Platforms
- 1+ years of experience with DevOps
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management Systems
- Security+ Certified (or similar certification meeting DoD Directive 8140 Certification Requirements)
