- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of tenancy contracts and required documentation
- Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
- Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer facing roles
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- Professional appearance and client focused attitude
- Fluency in English

Role Overview
- As a Leasing Agent at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of renting and leasing properties in Dubai.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Stay up to date with market rental trends to provide accurate, data driven advice
- Match tenants with suitable rental properties and organize property viewings
- Create and manage listings for rental properties
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions on behalf of landlords and tenants

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer facing roles (real estate or leasing experience is a plus, but not required)
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- Professional appearance and client focused attitude
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
