Role Description

The Executive Support Officer at ServiceNow Community - MA will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior leadership in a part-time capacity.

This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements depending on business needs.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

The Executive Support Officer will handle incoming inquiries, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain records and documentation, and ensure timely resolution of routine issues.

The role also involves supporting basic technical and platform-related queries, assisting with community events or webinars, and contributing to process improvements to enhance executive workflow and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact effectively with executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Analytical skills to interpret information, prioritize tasks, and support problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for drafting emails, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Technical support capabilities and comfort working with digital tools, collaboration platforms, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and calendar management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks within defined timelines.
  • Previous experience in executive support, administration, or coordination roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dubai, demonstrating reliability, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
