- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to support campaigns, streamline order workflows, and ensure consistent branding
- Handle escalated customer issues related to online orders, document processes, and contribute to ecommerce strategy and planning
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce data, track KPIs, and support performance optimization
- Experience with business planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and developing ecommerce growth initiatives
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and present insights clearly
- Customer service experience in a digital or retail environment, with a focus on resolving online order issues
- Background in sales operations, including order processing, pipeline tracking, and coordination with sales teams
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and basic web analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing priorities both on site in Dubai and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or online marketplaces is preferred

Role Description
- This part time Ecommerce Manager role for ServiceNow Community MA is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home days.
