Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to oversee cloud environments and daily workflows
- Strong Supervisory Skills for guiding team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accountability
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify issues, and recommend improvements
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders and provide clear updates
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar), including monitoring, incident management, and change control
- Solid understanding of IT service management practices and frameworks (such as ITIL or related methodologies)
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on site responsibilities in Dubai with remote work
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or operations management are beneficial
